RICHMOND, Va. (December 15, 2010) – When the partners of Breit Cantor Grana Buckner formed their new law firm in November 2009, they devoted their practice to families devastated by catastrophic injury or death and other cases of serious personal and economic loss.
In its first year, the firm reached a new milestone—the attorneys collectively have achieved over 50 verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million for their clients. The year was highlighted by a two-week period this spring, during which time the firm won a $1.2 million jury verdict in a traumatic brain injury case, a $2 million settlement in a medical malpractice case, a $1.95 million settlement in a medical malpractice case, and a $1.5 million settlement in a medical malpractice case. In the late summer, the firm settled a tractor-trailer accident case for $1.51 million.
The nationally-recognized trial lawyers at Cantor Stoneburner Ford Grana & Buckner wrap up their first year with significant individual accomplishments as well.
