Ford Speaks to Experienced Trial Lawyer Audience About Case Selection

Aubrey Ford was a lead speaker at the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association’s annual Tort Law Seminar on May 4, 2010 in Richmond. His presentation on “Case Selection: When to Say Yes, How to Say No” educated experienced trial lawyers on how to recognize complex issues in tort and commercial cases. He also discussed deadline issues, legal malpractice dangers, when to associate counsel or refer the case out, and danger signals in cases.
