As a board member, Attorney Biniazan will help the organization provide young people with the resources and opportunities they need to fulfill their dreams, regardless of their race or socioeconomic status.
The Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia was established in 1919 and sees itself as a “place to become.”
Their mission is “to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.”
With the help of dedicated board members like Attorney Biniazan, the organization pursues its mission with dynamic programs. The opportunities and activities provided to local youth focus on 5 core areas:
- Character and leadership development
- Health and life skills
- Sports, fitness, and recreation

- Education and career
Through activities like field trips and community events, the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia takes a holistic approach to youth development.
