Attorney Aubrey Ford, a partner at Breit Cantor Grana Buckner, has helped two female college students injured in an SUV crash settle their lawsuits against the driver. Mr. Ford was to try the cases in Rockbridge Circuit Court this week. The two women were injured in a crash involving an SUV packed with 11 students from Washington and Lee University.
The driver, another W&L student who is now serving a prison sentence, pled guilty to alcohol-related criminal offenses.
The results of the case were confidential, but the initial complaint sought $9 million combined between the two women.
