Billie Hobbs Leeth is an experienced attorney who has handled everything from personal injury to workers’ compensation to torts, maritime law, automobile accidents, and more. Her clients at Breit Cantor Grana Buckner can count on informed representation designed to give a voice to their injury cases and deliver powerful, positive results.
Billie is a graduate of T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where she was a member of the University of Richmond Law Review. She also served as a Law Clerk at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University Legal Advisor’s Office. Upon graduating from law school and prior to joining Breit Cantor (formerly Breit Drescher Imprevento), Billie worked for Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., where she handled a variety of civil cases and was responsible for conducting extensive research on everything from creditors’ rights to construction law to antitrust issues.
In 1997, Billie founded Second Chair, Inc., a Virginia-based corporation that provided a variety of services for attorneys, including research, writing, and analysis. There, Billie assisted attorneys with legal research, writing, documentation, and trial preparation for a range of practice areas including personal injury, criminal law, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, taxation, and more. Billie is an accomplished attorney and legal researcher. She is a valuable member of the Breit Cantor Grana Buckner team.
When she is not working, Billie enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and playing tennis. She enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also an attorney, and they have resided in the Church Hill area of Richmond for 23 years. Their daughter Annie, an accomplished violinist, is a music performance, composition, and music business major at the University of Georgia, and she plans to remain in Athens after graduation to continue her employment as a producer and session violinist at several area music studios and as a sound engineer at the Georgia Theatre and other local venues.
